How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We source our products from various artisans around the world, and your items will be delivered within the following timeframe:

  • 7 to 12 days for Switzerland.
  • 1 to 2 weeks for European countries.
  • 2 to 4 weeks for the rest of the world.

Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times may be delayed depending on your region. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding your order at info@carnetsdespossibles.com.

If you haven't received your order within 60 business days, we will provide you with a full refund.

**Due to the current health crisis, Carnets des Possibles cannot be held responsible for delivery delays. As long as the package tracking is active, Carnets des Possibles reserves the right to refuse any unjustified refund requests.

Is your package not yet appearing in the tracking? Please note that we have warehouses located worldwide, and it may take a few days for your package to be registered in the tracking system.

I've only received a portion of my order, is that normal?

Our notebooks and accessories come from workshops located around the world (USA, Europe, Asia), and to avoid keeping you waiting, we ship your order as soon as one or more items are ready. Therefore, it is possible that you may receive your order in multiple packages.

My country doesn't appear in the list when I want to place an order, what should I do?

Is my payment secured?

When you make an online payment using your credit card or TWINT, all your information is entered on a secure SSL web page. Your information is then encrypted by SSL and transmitted directly to our payment service provider's network, where your card and transaction are secured and authorized. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers in any way.

Which payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as payments through Paypal or TWINT. However, we do not accept checks, money orders, or bank transfers.

Returns & Refunds

Am I able to request a refund for my order?

To be eligible for a refund, we kindly ask that you return the item to us unused and in the same condition as when you received it, within 14 days from the date of package receipt. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Please ensure that any returned package is shipped with a tracking number for your convenience. Additionally, it must be returned in its original packaging.

How can I return my order?

Does the item not meet your expectations? You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your order. Please return the item in its original packaging. Once we receive it, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
